Art. 1 (1) „VANITTA“ Ltd. is an administrator of personal data, registered under the Law for Protection of Personal Data.
\n(2) „SHOP“ guarantees the confidentiality of information containing personal data provided by the USER through filled-in registration requests. Disclosure of this information is only possible in cases when it is requested by public authorities or officials authorized by law to require and collect information containing personal data and in compliance with the statutory order.
\n(3) „VANITTA“ Ltd. may use the collected statistical information for attendance of „SHOP“ to produce internal statistics for the purposes of its marketing campaigns.
\nArt. 2. (1) By accepting these General Terms, the USER agrees to the processing of his \/ her personal data.
