Vanitta LTD was founded in 1998 in Sofia City. Gergana Petrova is the manager of the company and the fashion designer of all the collections. Vanitta Company designs boutique clothes for men and women, as well as bridal boutique collections and graduate students' prom balls collections.
In 1998 the company opens its first store, offering designer clothes, located at 48, Neofit Rilski Str. The current address of the fashion boutique is at 28, Tzar Ivan Assen II.With ten years of experience in the fashion business the company never stops looking for high quality, originality and novelty in the fashion business. The team consists of young and ambitious designers, who strive for perfection and aim to be tuned in to the needs of the demanding Bulgarian fashion-conscious consumers.

The company also makes uniforms and dress-codes for individual corporate clients. Some of the individual orders were placed by "Sesame" Casino, VIP SALON Casino, and the artists from the Bulgarian Musicians Association "Bulgaria".
In 1998 the company presented its collection at the Photo exhibition of designer clothes and sketches at the National Exhibition Center.
In 1999 Vanitta Company took part in the Week of the European fashion held in Plovdiv. The same year the company participated in the Apolonia Festival of Arts in Sozopol.
In 2000-2001 Vanitta company is one of the participants in the Fashion Forum "Bulgarian Fashion" Spring- Summer 2000-2001.
